got up a little late. ran 4. soaked my calf in a hot tub. still sore but it is managable. ran another 8 tonight. slow at first. had a big lunch all you can eat pizza. I thought that ment all they had pizza!
All those miles are going to start paying off soon. I'm exited to see how you do at Hobble Creek. Good job!
