I woke up late, decided to go for 6 this morning. made me late for work. took about a mile to get into it. legs feel tired. went another 4 on the tread mill
Good job last night Bill- Also good job getting up and running this morning. I saw you running on my way to work by the Power Sports motorcycle store. I honked but you were in your groove with the head phones on.
Way to get up and get out this morning. You're a smart man for just getting out and going no matter what. I've been slacking this morning and now it's 11:25am and so hot out. I'm debating if I should just go now before it gets crazy hot out.
