Hey Bill,

Hope the foot is getting better. Have you considered doing any workouts in a swimming pool? I know with some of the injuries I have had over the years, I have enjoyed doing pool workouts and have been able to maintain my fitness level to a degree, of course nothing is going to feel the same to you as running, but hang in there.

Bill sorry to hear about your injury. I hope you can heal up quick. I missed running with you guys. I saw tones of babes running in central park. There are hundreds of people running in there every day. I've never seen so many runners just out doing their own thing. At any given time a day I'm sure there are over 400 runners jogging in the park.

Good to hear you're breaking a sweat. You must be working out harder than before your injury. :-)

How does the foot feel on the stair climber? Do you feel any pain when you put pressure on it as you're climbing?

Keep up the cross training!

I bought a stationary bike from D.I. on Monday and it's been nice to get the heart rate up as well. I also have an appt. with the Sports Med Doc. at 2:30 today. So I'm hoping to get some kind of feed-back from him.

I'm still looking for the wild bull to return to the streets of the STG. Hope your getting better. Hopefully you and Steve can get better or at least feel good enough to run the Summer games 10k in June.
