I introduced my self to my fast twitch muscles last night at the Dixie high school track. Did 10 x 220. I Ran almost full speed for 220 then slow jogged 220. I did not have a watch so I could not guess on how fast I was doing them. Ran about 2 mile warm up and two mile cool down. Felt good to do a little speed work. I had trouble getting out of bed this morning only got in 3. Glad I went out. My left foot arch is sore. Will need to ice it down.

Bill - get a watch. That is one workout when you really need it. It would tell a lot to know how fast you were doing those 200s, and this will also tell you if you need to do them at all (I have a feeling you don't, based on your past training, but without numbers it is very easy to be wrong). I wear a $6.43 watch I got at Walmart. It does not have to be expensive to do the job.

Also, it appears you forgot to update your mileage for this day.
