I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6.25 Anasazi at dusk. Nice evening.
am--5 Green Valley Loop. It's getting chilly in the morning. Kept the pace a bit lighter and felt good.
pm--Anasazi w/ LG and Chipmunk lollipop. Felt good after a fruitful day at school.
pm--6.75 Anasazi w/ LG and the shoulder. Ironically, aches and pains left w/ a run.
pm--6 Anasazi to the top w/ LG both ways. I've had some tooth pain from what I think is a sinus infection and almost didn't get out.
