I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--4.25 I was able to run most of the BYU workout w/ the kids.
am--4 Nice run w/ the girls, chatting and laughing. Things are starting to come together for them.
am--5 800s w/ the level 1's. It's fun to see them push together.
pm--2.5 Warm afternoon run.
am--2.25 Shorter run this morning.
pm--4.5 SC Drive w/ some of the girls. Had another nice chat w/ Hailee.
I finished a great PD book called Mentor Texts. I'm switching up my teaching because of the things I've learned.
am--3.75 A slow run w/ the crew on the bike path. Decent start to the school week.
pm--5.25 Anasazi w/ Cholla loop, starting in the heat and ending in the storm. I didn't get out until later because we had a TT and fundraiser this morning. Both went pretty well.
