I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am—6.5 Some Miles around BHNP before and after the time trial.
pm—2.5 I ran from my house to SC rugby field for some laps. Warmish.
am—4.25 Chuckawalla w/ the kiddos. Had fun chatting and trail running. I need to get on the trails more often.
pm—1.75 Weights, AIS and a neighborhood cruise.
am—4.25 Some running during the workout before going back to work.
pm—2.25 A slow, short one before spike night.
am—2.5 Short run into Green Springs. Early meetings cut the run in half.
pm—1.5 Hart’s and back. It felt hot. The heart rate is coming down, or I’m taking it pretty easy lately.
am—4.5 Starbucks and back. My leg is tight and bugging, something in the upper/inner calf or lower hamstring.
pm—2.5 Ran around during our dual practice. Leg felt worse than this morning.
am—4 Wasn’t sure I was going to run, so decided to cut the minutes and take it easy. Silver lining is that I got to run w/ kids I don’t w/ much.
