I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--7 Bouncing tempo that started at 7:45, went to 7:15, then to 7:30, and finished at 7:00. I felt pretty good, but some of the kids had a hard time w/ this one. Not sure if it's because of the races on Saturday or just mental struggles.
pm--4 Core work and an easy 35. Good mixed group today.
pm--7 400 work w/ strides and mini-tempo. Kids seemed peppy and rejuvenated.
pm--4.5 Nice, easy heights run w/ a good group and good conversation.
am--5.5 Nice easy run before the JV meet this afternoon. The meet was hot, and I was in the verge of stomach flu.
