pm--7 Rim Trails. This is one of my favorite routes, but I haven't run there for quite a while. I'm working back to fitness. It's fun but kind of hard.
pm--6 Anasazi Trail. Felt blah for the entire first half but better on the return trip. Funny enough, my heart rate was 95-115 for the first 3 miles when I was huffing and puffing and having a tough time and then straight to the 180s when I was feeling light and smooth. My heart always gets going when I run, but the feedback was weird today. I'm not sure how accurate this wrist monitor is.
