I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--7.25 Some around the hood miles, listening to some hip-hop.
pm--7.5 Nice evening run around the neighborhood. Looped around Lava Cove and down Tuweap. I can feel the legs and lungs building w/ runs like this.
pm--5.25 Some decent miles on semi-tired legs.
pm--7 Strapped on the headlamp and headed out for a run on the Rim circuit w/ a neighborhood buddy. It was peaceful, and the view of the lights is wonderful. A nighttime trail run is something everyone ought to do once in a while.
pm--5 Sandberg's w/ the kids and striders after. I added 2 warm-up loops.
am--7.75 Big Moe's loop w/ Andy, Tom, & Buster. It was nice out, but I was dragging.
