pm--6 Anasazi Trail for the 3rd time this week. This trail is bringing perspective and helping to remind me of the days past when I really fell in love w/ running. On another note, I got a new watch that has a percieved effort component that, consequently, affects a recovery component. And after most of my runs, the watch says I need 50 hours of recovery. Not sure if it's the fact that I'm working back to fitness, that I'm not sure what is a hard or easy effort, or that my max heart rate might be higher than the age-graded heart rate, but I don't believe the recovery time or the effort feedback. I'm sure it's a combo of all 3. I'll keep tabs on this stuff going forward.
