4:55am always seems to come to flippin' early! Plus, it was FREEZIN' this morning on the way to the gym. Ankle feeling pretty good, so I decided to run today, but definitely going to do stair climber tomorrow to give it a rest. (15 min run to 2 min walk) x 3 - slow slow slow (which I am ok with - the speed will come)
