I tried to keep my heart rate way down today.  That's hard!  Back and hip flexor totally flared up.  I really need to figure this out.  And why it is happening!!!!!!

3 easy miles on home TM.  While I was running, my youngest daughter stepped outside to see the snow.  The door locked behind her.  I couldn't hear the doorbell ringing because the TM and TV are loud.  Thankfully, she was only out there for 10 minutes.  Mother of the year!!!!

7.5 miles in the home TM.  I wasn't willing to risk the super icy roads this morning.  Not worth it!  TT:  1:14:00----4.75 mikes, then a break to get kids fed and off to school.  Then finished up the last 2.75 miles.  Body felt good!!!
