The Iron Cowboy stopped me at a drinking fountain to say thanks for cheering him on during the Conquer 100.  Kinda awesome.

I saw my daughter's teammates on the trail.  They told me she had passed out before practice even started.  Yikes!  Still sore from Wednesday's lifting.
