ran 3 miles early and then did 100 wall ball shots in 7:52.28. I also saw a RAT romping across my neighbors backyard! That's nice.

slept in so no outside run. I'm a wimp.

hiit mama workout ran 1 mile on treadmile (10 plus a little)

21-15-9 reps for time of: about 10 min
Bench press, 30 lbs
Push-ups (girl)
Butterfly sit-ups

ran another mile (about 10 min)
 

total workout with some rest and a text and running up and down stairs=36:49.85

hiked from our campground all the way to the top of douhnut falls. I'm not doing that again and neither are my kids. It's too scary. Well to the doughnut hole is fine but Josie kept going when I told her not too and she could have fallen easily. oh yeah and everyone else on the planet was doing this same hike today. ridiculous!
