CRM Mon WOD! 10:39! 1000 meter run
50 Thrusters, 20 lbs total
30 pull-ups (assist as necessary) I don't have a pull up bar so I did the band in the door. Not at all the same but it does work my back and arms a little. Then finished my workout at 2 miles. Total workout time was around 40 minutes. I need to stop sleeping in a run longer outside in the am. Jane starts back at cheer on Monday so that's when it'll happen. Holiday and One Direction concert will make for late nights this week. It's SO hot! I've been taking the girls on bike rides every night around sunset. We saw the moon come over the mountain last night! Gorgeous!
