ran 6.0 everytime. that was hard. I used to run that fast but not lately.
then I decided to walk a mile instead of cool down. I walked up a slowly progressing steep hill to 12.0 on the treadmill. Ouch. 3.0 speed the whole time. 20 minutes
speed running is so different that walking up a steep hill. Can feel the different muscles working. i'm fighting a cold as well. I keep feeling sinus pressure and I REFUSE to get another infection so I'm using flonase,(daily) aleve and psuedoephedrine (today) to fight it. well one's prevention and the others are so I can feel better to work out.blah blah blah
