Super legit core workout because i couldnt go for a bike ride. It included 200 pushups, 250 crunches, 50 pullups, 5 minutes of planks and some other "fun" stuff. I cant lift up my arms now.
Only 1 mile today. On monday I'm going to run a harder 5k(effort wise), just to see where I'm at. Then i can set a goal for.wednesday at pre-region, which i will be racing at.
Shoutout to all the guys on my team for doing pretty good.
