hip hurt again but a lot less than yesterday. Will probably do easy tomorrow to see how it feels. Rolled my legs out again and stretched. I have a church ball game tonight which I can't go to, which I am NOT happy about.

My stake cancelled church ball because some of the wards got super competitive and were swearing at each other and the ref.
