Surprise track workout today. My first full workout back. 8x400 with 90 seconds rest, then with the last 4 1 minute rest. I hit 75,75,75,76,76,78,78,83. I clearly was out of gas on the last one. 2 mile warmup and cooldown, with ice bath after which felt amazing because it was pretty hot today. Shoutout to zack because its his birthday. |
