Another dissapointing race. I fell like i'm in just as bad shape as when I started a week and a half ago. Nest week i'm doing 3.5-4 miles a day. I need to do some kind of fast running besides racing. Maybe just a fast last mile or something. But I have a lot of things to work on. I believe I can still get some pretty decent times this season, I just have to work my way in right.
