I've decided to not run anymore besides at practice unless I miss practice that day. I've been running a few too many miles, at least for me. This last week i've been working my butt off, and saturday night and sunday I was completely exhausted. Ryan has a program to help us to the max, and to help us peak at the right time and stuff. It puts us in the high 40's and low 50's during the track season. 71 miles is too much. Until summer...
