Elliptical 1 hour. TM walking on an incline with hand weights for 30 minutes while watching Biggest Loser. I went to the PT today. He filmed me attempting to run. (Still very sore) We analyzed my running form in slow motion. From that short amount of running we could see a lot with what is going on in my running gait. Next week we will be determining the exercises I need to do to get my left leg from crossing the mid-line. I have been so impressed with how much he has helped me during the last two weeks.
