30 min PT exercises for the abductors, adductors, glutes, hams, and quads. (Legs)
Workout consisted of alternating between elliptical and stair master. Stairs 60 min TT levels 10-16 15 min elliptical level 7 Shoulder hurts today. Hmmm, guess I did break my scapula 2 weeks ago... Range of motion is coming back it's at about a 5 out of 10. Lateral extension is still not there. Slowly, but surely I am healing. :)
