Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

30 min PT exercises for the abductors, adductors, glutes, hams, and quads. (Legs)

Workout consisted of alternating between elliptical and stair master.

Stairs 60 min TT levels 10-16

15 min elliptical level 7

Shoulder hurts today.  Hmmm, guess I did break my scapula 2 weeks ago...  Range of motion is coming back it's at about a 5 out of 10.  Lateral extension is still not there.  Slowly, but surely I am healing.  :)

I agree Burt! My shoulder is the only thing keeping me. I am so blessed that the rest of my body recovered rather quickly. I was back to working out in a little less than a week from the accident. There is still a little road rash remaining, but things could have been much worse.

I am so happy that you're healing so quickly from that scary accident! The range of motion on your shoulder will come back. Your workouts are awesome! You'll be back hitting the pavement soon, I bet!
