I love the BBK's!!! They motivate, push, and strengthen me. 2.8 miles warm-up, 5 miles hill repeats, 2 mile tempo repeat, and a cool down. I think the Parkway Palliside road is specifically designed for hill repeats. I also wonder what that neighborhood thinks as a dozen or so runners invades their road once a week running up and down the street several times. I feel bad for the designated "water stop" house. Good times. For sure I want to do this workout again. Maybe Xtraining tonight. The conference in SLC has been killing me, I hate sitting in 6 hour meetings all day. Thank goodness it's over.
