| I love the BBK's!!! They motivate, push, and strengthen me. 2.8 miles warm-up, 5 miles hill repeats, 2 mile tempo repeat, and a cool down. I think the Parkway Palliside road is specifically designed for hill repeats. I also wonder what that neighborhood thinks as a dozen or so runners invades their road once a week running up and down the street several times. I feel bad for the designated "water stop" house. Good times. For sure I want to do this workout again. Maybe Xtraining tonight. The conference in SLC has been killing me, I hate sitting in 6 hour meetings all day. Thank goodness it's over.

5 miles TM. Really tired legs. Ab class 5 more mile on TM with tread class. There was a girl next to me that I was being a little too competitive with. I had to remind myself that these were suppose to be EASY miles. I registered for TOU marathon today, I am official.... No SGM for me :( 45 minutes of weights. A lady at the gym stopped and asked me if she saw me that morning. I replied, "yes that was me, and yes I am crazy." Then she asked, "Oh I see, you must be a runner." I nodded, laughed, and was happy that I had earned the title of "runner." 1 hour power yoga. I think it wasted my legs for my Thursday run.

Slow and painful is all I have to say... I really don't want to go into the dreadful details of this run. My feet starting hurting at mile 2, everything else felt fine. No energy, hot, tired, and the list goes on and on... I felt like I falling apart. Great motivation for the coming weeks! Speaking of motivation, guess what the motivation of this run was? I asked myself what sounded really good, that I would treat myself to when I got home. DIET COKE was the answer. I NEVER drink that stuff! Sure enough, I came home and got a Diet Coke and yes, it was sooooo delicious. ICE BATH.
Got it done! I'm going to Lake Powell this weekend and those miles are OUT OF THE WAY! Maybe I will do some light Xtraining tonight.

Cross training. 30 minute AB class, 45 minutes weights. Didn't end up going to Lake Powell, I was a little sad. Oh well. *Ate WAY too many no bake cookies. I think the 2,000 calories I had bruned the day before caught up to me. Self control?

TM miles. It felt really nice to get my pace getting up to speed again. Big mile week, most I have ever ran in a week. I'm not tired, I feel like I can go and run another 5 tonight. Hmmmmm
Evening bike ride up Suncrest, it was beautiful! I need to get on my bike at least three times next week. Climbing the hills on the bike will help my turn over rate as I run.
