4 miles that were very tiring on the TM @ the LC. Spin class with Skinny Danny and prego RAD. RAD was yelling at everyone in class to work harder today! She is one crazy lady that I love having around. Thanks for going today, I wouldn't have shown up if it weren't for you..... 2 slow miles with the fabulous RAD around the track. I was going to run more but I talked myself out of it. I can feel a slight pain on the top part of my arch. I would rather skip the run then have a possible stress fracture. My miles have been so weak the last two weeks. I feel that it is time to start building mileage and start getting serious about a possible marathon in July. Right now I want to stay focused on keeping a healthy body. *Over the last week my cross training has been very good. 3 spin classes, 3 decent swims and 6 runs. All of my workouts have been moderate effort level this week due to the race last week. I want to pull in more interval work in the next few weeks.
