Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

This past weekend I went down to St. George with David to volunteer for the Ironman.  I was completely amazed at the ability of these athletes.  I was also inspired.  Time to sign up for next year's race! 

6 miles on the LC track.  1 mile swim or 32 laps in 29 minutes.  The swim felt really good probably because I have not been lifting as much.  Arms feel a flab.

The wind sent me indoors to the TM.  8 in 61 minutes.  I used the speed workout from the last Tuesday's BBK run.

Nice and easy JRP trail run.  7:44 AP.  It was extremely difficult heading north into the wind climbing up toward Camp Williams.  Nice and easy on the way back down with a potty stop.

MandP workout.  I need my weights back!

JRP trail run.  AP 8:00 mm.  Pretty much this entire run felt like garbage.  I only put in extra miles for next week's race.  I think I need to start putting in some longer runs.  Furthest I've gone since January.
