BBK run. Fast paced miles felt great. Workout consisted of 7 min on, 2 min off, 6 on, 2 off....working down to 1. Felt awesome!

Great speed workout from David's house down to Liberty Park. 3 laps around the park.
AP 7:38 including 2 slow miles back to his house. Great run!
6.5 on the TM. No time and my belly gave up.
10.5 on the TM. Took the day off of work and got to go to the TM class at the Legacy Center. Workout was actually pretty difficult but I felt great.
Woke up at 5:30 a.m. to get a few more miles in. My run had an AP of 7:50. I felt like I was going faster, but I guess I wasn't.
