Hmmm. Don't you love that January is the month to make new years resolutions? I just have certain goals that I would like to accomplish throughout the upcoming year, but not necessarily resolutions. Both of the gyms I go to (yes two), seem to be very crowded at this time of year. Today I decided I wanted to attend a spin class. I was there 10 minutes early and all of the bikes were filled. Love the month of January at the gym :). I decided on a few other options. Turned out my workout turned into a three hour session. Started with 45 minutes on a boring elliptical. Then I took it to a stationary bike with a huge seat for 45 mintues. Last but not least, I spent about an hour and fiftenn mintues in the weight room working on lifts and core work. I left feeling really strong. I don't feel anywhere close to what a 15 mile run feels like. My foot is feeling better though. I hope to be back to the pounding by Monday, we'll see. Gotta get those miles in.
