My right foot is killing me for some reason.  Awww, I hate injuries.  Looks like I won't be doing the 15 miler I planned for tomorrow.

So sorry to hear your right foot hurts. Do you know what might be the problem? Do RICE: Rest, Ice (10 min on, 5 min off), Compression (message helps too) and Elevate it today. I guess elevating might not be possible if you're teaching and dancing a lot today. Hope it gets better.

I guess you'll be doing spin or elliptical tomorrow then? Our stake has a R.S. conference tomorrow, so I'll have to do my long run in the afternoon. Have a great weekend. Love you.

Get well soon!

I don't know what is wrong with my foot. It might be a strain (I hope not). I have iced it a few times. Looks like the spinning bike will be my friend tomorrow. I will have to baby it until it feels better.

Have fun at the R.S. conference, it sounds really neat. I am actually going to be in town this weekend for a conference, maybe I will see you there. Take car, run lots, love you too!

From Bec on Fri, Jan 23, 2009 at 12:08:45

Oops. Take care, not "take car."

WOW!!!! You are a super fast speedy runner! Welcome to the blog! I hope your foot feels better soon, baby it!

Welcome to the blog! We do special chants to get rid of injuries (or eat junk food).

From Rachel on Fri, Jan 23, 2009 at 16:04:26

Bec- welcome to the blog! I'm very impressed by your run times! I've heard that water running is great when you have an injury you don't want to aggravate, but want to keep the cardio up. Cheryl is the expert on that one. Good luck on the recovery.

From Smooth on Fri, Jan 23, 2009 at 16:18:35

Becca, are you coming to the Stake Women's Conference? I hope I'll see you. Have a safe drive home. Do take care of that foot.

From Bec on Fri, Jan 23, 2009 at 16:37:28

Kelli, I'm excited to start this blog world, nice meeting you. I will be babying the foot for the next few days.

Tarzan, I will take your advice about the junk food :).

Rachel, I would love to start water running. I will look up Cheryl, thanks.

I love doing this, I now give you the Seinfeld Cake song by Elaine. "Get well, get well soon we hope you get well soon!" Ice that foot, be careful-you dont want to irritate it more. Good to catch it while its young.

From Bec on Fri, Jan 23, 2009 at 21:34:54

LOL...Thanks Walter!!!! :) That chant made my day.
