3 miles with Hilary! I have a new workout buddy. We ran 1 mile warm up. 30 second sprint, 30 second jog 10x. Half mile cool down.
I repeated the series on the TM with 10 being my sprint and 6 being recovery. The run was MUCH more difficult outside.

Okay i read back and saw that u were pregnant when u qualified in june 2013 utah valley so i was like holy flip 7 months pregnant and i cannot hit those paces regularly...nevermind pregnant. U know my fivek time for 34 weeks? 59:58! Stopped at someones bathroom in springville and was breathing through braxton hicks lol. U r doing great ! Btw i do btr as a baby nurse knowing how many weeks along u are ???

Congrats. And r u going to name him Boston :-) ?and there is a guy i met years ago whose name is Quentin. So Boston Quentin. There u go. Baby BQ.

I'm almost five months and I am feeling really great! Just gaining lots of weight and running around. I think the name Boston Quentin is real nice... haha. We like the name Miles... :)
