Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Tired tired tired.  First 3 miles of this were absolute pain.  I think all of the stress and sleepless nights finally caught up to me.  Felt gross.  AP 7:42.

That's poopy... I am sorry your run did not go so well. Hopefully you'll be able to start sleeping better now that you are beginning to wrap up the year. I'm tellin ya, deep breathing exercises before you sleep could help!

were these on the TM, please tell me you ventured outdoors :D All though lately I have TMed a bit. .. but since the weather is nice....kind of looks like a great pace to me!!! so feeling gross is okay.
