Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Thanks Becca It's sad I can run so good then hurt my back and I barely walk. Thats my weakness a bad back.

Nice early and speedy miles! If you're going on a long run, I'd be happy to bike alongside and keep you company! I'm not 'energy' wise up to a long run, but I could bike it :)

Meat and potato? :)

I've heard of long run as the bread and butter of marathoning. So how much bread and butter are you doing along with your meat and potato! Oh man, all these talking about food is making me hungry! :)
