10 miles on the TM. Today was the first time I used a running/maternity belt thing while I ran. It was actually really comfortable, until it got hot. I did the 10 miles at about an 8mm. I am starting to have IT issues in my left leg and I am wondering if it is due to old shoes or my body getting bigger. I probably need to get into the gym and get going with toning stuff for my lower body. Really great run with a few new songs I ran to.
