YoGa. My right arm is dang weak! I didn't realize how much a I was compensating on my left until tonight. Arms aren't as strong but they look better (sleek).

Costume ideas for the race?
Oh and I'm going to hit spin again this Saturday. I'm going to wait until Monday to run again. Hopefully I'm 100% by then.

Costumes ideas... I don't really have any. Walter wants me to be a football player and he wanted to be a cheerleader. I told him I wanted to go as something female. Not that football players can't be female...
I won't be there again this week. (Spin) I am going to sign up for the tri class that starts at the end of October. It's every Saturday from 6-8:30. I think you should consider it as well. :) I want to know exactly what I need to be working on in the next few months as far as tris are concerned.
