Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

TM workout that about killed my stomach.  Evening runs are difficult for me because I don't run on an empty stomach.  I ran 4 hours ago and my belly is still upset.  

About that TM workout... tempo speed sets.  Timed pyrimad speed repeats. I am actually getting better at these.

AM full out dance class.  PM 20 minute core work.

Not sure if I understand what you were saying. Did you run on an empty stomach for this run? Do you usually eat something before your run?

Last night I didn't eat the dinner I cooked before I ran with the YW girls at 7pm. But I was hungry so I ate a mandarin orange and drank water. Then after the run, I ate the granola bar and water they had set out for the runners. I got home and ate dinner at 8pm.

Ladies, ladies, I do slow down. There was no motivation to get out of bed this morning on my upset stomach. Smooth, it must have been the strange combo of food I ate before I ran. Yes, I usually do run on some calories, but not a big meal like I did yesterday. BIG mistake.

I really missed you guys this morning, and I am regretting it big time that I didn't force myself out of bed. It was just one of those mornings. I am pretty stiff in my rotators from dance yesterday. EXCUSES day is today!
