BBK's gave me a great workout idea for today. I did not meet with them, but I did the workout on my own. 3 5k's. I did my own version on the workout, not such a B-kicking way to do it. 1.5 miles warmup 3.1 Fast 5k. 22 minutes. Saw Smooth, stopped and talked to her. She looked adorable in what she calls her "orange cream-sickle running outfit." a little rest jog 3.1 23 minutes 5k. Rest jog amd a mile cool down. This was a great workout, I might do it again. PM run tonight with a friend. I hope he runs slow, the legs are wasted.
