Slept in, when I woke up I didn't know where I was, or what day it was.  It was 6:30 and it looked pretty cool outside, so I went out for a run with little motivation.  Slow pace, sleepy day, and no motivation.  My body felt depleted and I didn't know if I would be able to run even 10 miles.  Ran up toward Suncrest, and decided that hill was NOT going to happen today. so I headed toward Alpine.  Took a GU at mile 6, and it tasted surprisingly good.  Body felt great after that.  My music was dead today, and I was proud of myself for going so long without any company.

Nice solo run, that is a long time all alone. But I bet you got some good thinking done!

You need to send us your email and join us for long runs more often. Way to go though on getting in a great long run. BTW, I also woke up at 5:15 and had to think about why my alarm was going off, what day it was, etc. Funny when that happens.

Kelli,

Yes, that was a long time alone. It was pretty relaxing to just run and let the mind flow. Sometimes silence is necessary. My mind feels "clean" now.

Michelle,

I will send you my e-mail via PM. I would love to run with that group, you make running so fun!

Nice run this morning, I decided I needed sleep more! I find that sometimes it's nice to be alone with yourself on a run! Glad you had a good one.

Nicely done Bec!!

Sometimes a solo run is exactly what I need ... other times there is no way I will survive on my own.

I would LOVE to run with you whenever. Send your email this way also!!! :)

Hope you had a great Sunday!
