I got home from camping this afternoon pretty tired, so no run.
Decided to go out in the beautiful evening. 6 miles around the 'hood at an 8 min AP. Felt good.

We missed you this morning! It would've been great to see you, but I'm glad you got a good fun weekend in - sometimes running needs to take a backseat! Nice job on the speedy 6 mile pace, you are coming back VERY strong!!

Thanks RAD. I have had a few bad running moments this week. It was nice to get away and forget the world for a minute. I am WAY sad I didn't get to do the RHPC this morning, but there was no way I would have been able to make it. You girls looked like you had a complete blast! The pictures were a crack up too.
