Yes RAD, you can put the baby seat on my bike. After Ragnar, you deserve to be carted around on the back of my bike. Next week I want to go up one side of Suncrest, down the other, then turn around and go the opposite direction. I think that it might KILL me.

holy cow, bec! my car can barely make it up suncrest. i can't imagine doing that on a bike. AWESOME.

Becca, were you able to swim without stopping? It took me several months to build up to be able to do a mile. Thats a great time. Ive got to get back in the pool. I miss it.

I am about there. I think I stopped twice. That is a great goal for me, no more stopping during the swim! I need to sign up for a TRI, so I will get more serious about my training.

Becca, you know you think your doing great then you swim in open water and its a whole new ball game! But getting to the goal of not using the ground for 1 straight mile is hard in itself. Im jealous and need to get back in the water. Ive been a cat too long.
