I'm beginning to wonder if I have a stress fracture. I have not ran since Monday and the subtle pain in my upper left thigh is not subsiding. I have started taking recovery supplements and I will give running another try on Monday. If the pain is still there I will be going to the Doctor. Lame. My biggest frustration is that it is beautiful outside and I am stuck inside the gym Xtraining.
Today I did 55 minutes spinning and 15 minutes on the eliptical. I am getting my heart rate to about 165-170, but I fee like I am loosing my fitness level as well. |
