MY FRIEND DAVID IS A NEW RUNNER TO THE BLOG, PLEASE WELCOME HIM!!! Workout in the 3's. 3 5k's on the TM. 1st 5k in 23 minutes, 2nd held an 8 min pace with huge inclines, 3rd tempo miles. Workout was hard and I reached maximum HR. 70 minutes total time.
103 pushups, 33 squats on each leg, 3 sets of planks, 3 sets of 20 with 25 pound weight back extensions, 33 crunches. 1 hour spinning class. 3 sets of max HR intervals. FUN!!!
