I wonder what your heart rate gets up to skiing? I know I have a lot of adrenaline going crazy when I ski. Of course its out of control or beyond my skill but still its raging!

LOVE that I can keep a higher HR on the elliptical! Nice work girl!

Walter,
HAHA! My HR probably does not go up that high skiing until I am about to crash.
RAD,
Thank you. I try really hard on the elliptical. Last night my friend told me I looked like I was in pain. She was right!

How in the world can you ski all day w/ a stress fracture and then go and do hour and half of elliptical! SUCH DIEHARD!!!
Kidding aside...I am SO GLAD you went skiing. SO FUN!!! You're an incredible athlete!!!

Smooth,
I had no pain from skiing and elliptical at all. There aren't any problems from my leg unless I run or jump on the leg. I hope that this thing is really on it's way to recovery. Anyway, long explanation. I just need to get out and ski more I think. ;)

That is an intense day of exercise! Seriously. Your stress fracture must be healing quickly or must not have been too severe. When I had a stress fracture I was limping for weeks and even biking was hard.
