Triathlon training in session! Not by choice. AM Swam a mile plus change in 40 minutes. I think I forgot how to swim. I kept running into the lane and now there is a big bruise on my elbow. And people tell me running is dangerous?
PM spin class. I worked my HR up to 180. No matter how hard I work, I swear it will not go past that. I have found that I really enjoy spin class because I get to close my eyes. Crazy, but for some reason closing my eyes helps.
Body feels good. Gotta love xtraining!
