Early TM miles. I was on a TM next to "Spandey." Spandey is some dude always wearing you-got-it, spandex. He thinks he is going fast on his TM, but that particular TM is messed up on the speed setting. Went back to the gym during lunch and lifted. 2 more fast miles on the TM. *Danced ALL day long. Fun, but my foot with PF becomes inflamed when I do this. *PM workout: ICE-SKATING!! I almost love ice-skating as much roller-skating.
