Utah Valley Marathon 2013: PR 3:16:20, 1st division.

Running With the Bulls 5k 2011: 20:02, 1st place

Race For The Cure 10k, San Antonio 2013: 42:47, 2nd overall

Short-Term Running Goals:

Run a sub 3:20 @ Air Force Marathon 2015.

Sub 20 min 5k

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Run a 3(ish) hour marathon before I am 40.

Interesting evening run to say the least.  Meant to go eight but before the turn around I had to use the restroom.  Stopped at a church.  Another 2 miles went and I had to use the bathroom again.  Second bathroom break, not so lucky.  Found a bush.  On my home I saw my friend so I stopped and walked about a mile with her.  Great evening.

ManP workout + some.  Arms are still sore from Monday's workout. 

AP 7:40.  I think that last mile could have brought the AP down.

They have port-a-potties west of 1200W on Bull River, bathroom at Jimmy Johns, another port-a-potty in a yard by the road east of the Ivory Ridge church, and of course anybody would love to open their home/bathroom to a cute runner like you! :) Well, may be you weren't even running anywhere near home! NICE evening run! Speedy AP even w/ the last mile walk/talk w/ your friend!

Is that AP with the walking mile?? If so...holy moly smokin' fastness!! Even if it isn't that is SO fast - especially with just recovering!
