You are doing great, I need to get back to the weights. I am getting rather jiggly!
Our running group is running Suncrest (the Draper side) on Thursday. I think Rachel is going to get you the info....that was just a reminder to her to do it! i am so sad I am going to miss it, I have always wanted to run that thing, but not ALONE!

Run Suncrest? OH MY HEAVENS!!!! I have ran up the Lehi side, but I really can't imagine the Draper side. YIKES! I am sad you're not going to be there (if I go). I am SURE you are not getting FLABBY. You are not the flabby type young lady!

I am sad that I didn't come today, but I think it would have killed me. 5 is so early, I could not get up when the alarm went off.
