ah, the sore inner thighs! that always puts me in old lady mode.
nice job with the cross training. spinning is so great. i'm afraid of pool running, but good luck. you are being really smart. i am sorry if my comments scared you from running -- i really wasn't trying to be doom and gloom, i just don't want to see you get injured. :)

I know Allie! Thank you very much for your comments and encouragement. Someone has to tell me to back it off.
I think that runners have an extremely high pain tolerance. When we feel something creep up we think, "No big deal, that isn't pain, that's just my mind playing tricks on me. Or is it pain? I can't tell." Then a week later we can't walk.

OH, you nailed runners on that one!!! We never seem to get it.
WHAT on earth is a treadmill class?? That sounds pretty darn fun!
And I love the picture of your shoes in a heart. COOL.

HAHA!!! Thanks Kelli. I am talking about you especially on the pain thing, you are so darn tough.
TM class is exceptionally fun. It's easy to log 10 miles because you are doing it with other runners.
Everyone has their on TM, even the teacher. There is a set workout that the teacher has come up with; tempo, speed, or hills. It's an hour long and you can get there before or after the class to log more miles. Everyone can go at their own speed. I have seen teenagers, moms, grandmas and even a few men take this class. They are now coming up with a system where everyone will be able to plug their earphones into the cardio cinema and listen to the teacher and the music. It's really such a great thing! Extremely popular at my gym.

I am considering taking my bike up and riding up there. I am way bummed that I have to take time off. Every time RHPC's comes around I am injured. Bleh.
